Linda Lehrhaupt, PhD, is the executive director of the Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (IMA). Over twelve hundred people have taken part in the IMA’s MBSR teacher training program in eight European countries. Dr. Lehrhaupt, who is American, will be soon offering trainings in the United States and other English-speaking regions.
