Tammy Perkins, founder and president of First Class Weddings, has planned thousands of weddings for celebrity clientele and destination brides since 1994. She is a recipient of Pacific Business News' "Women Who Mean Business" award given to the top 25 women-owned businesses in Hawaii and has been featured on the Travel Channel.
